Filed briefings lock
Once it is signed and filed, it stops being editable. Reopening it requires a permission and a written reason, and both go into the record.
Every change is attributed
Who changed which answer, from what to what, and when. Including who revoked a signature — the one deletion an investigator will ask about.
Signatures cannot be forged
You sign as yourself and nobody else. A signature given for someone without an account records who witnessed it.
Findable months later
Search by date, yard, work order or location. A binder in a truck cannot do this, and that is usually when it matters.
